“They both listened silently to the water, which to them was not just water, but the voice of life, the voice of Being, the voice of perpetual Becoming.” Hermann HesseWALKING WITH THE WATERS ~ FUN AROUND THE FURBER STEPSIt’s a decent 300m climb down to the bottom of the Katoomba Falls at Cooks Crossing, so yesterday midday I decided to cheat and get the Scenic World cable way down and walk back up, much more fun. After taking some of the cute dinosaurs in the mist at Scenic World (to follow tomorrow) I took in a few friendly waterfalls up the flooding Furber Steps route back up to the tourist Katoomba Cascades and a couple beyond (including Govetts of course). — MY GALLERY TODAY and TOMORROW 12-5pm next to Mount Victoria’s Pulpit Rock … and pop along to Engineers Cascade while you are here! —
